Health Sec. Duque recently announced that dentists can resume operations but with STRICT health compliance. With that in mind, we are sorry to announce that OUR DENTAL CLINIC IS NOT YET COVID- READY. Numbers of covid + are rising, most are asymptomatic and there is no mass testing yet and we have to treat everyone as PERSON UNDER MONITORING(PUMs) even after triaging procedures. The Philippine Dental Association came up with protocols and proper clinic set-up to ensure the safety of everyone. Please allow us time to MODIFY our clinic and to purchase necessary equipments like FILTERS, PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT( PPEs), etc; which are difficult to provide due to limited supply, lacking manpower and restricted movement brought about by the ECQ. Most of our procedures are AEROSOLS generating thus careful MODIFICATION and adjustments are necessary to prevent CROSS-CONTAMINATION.
